Abstract : The paper deals with the problem of increasing the efficiency of human capital management across the enterprise. To do this, highlights the main elements of human capital, disclosed the nature of the communication space as the basis for the social human capital. The author developed a method of evaluating the effectiveness of the communicative skills of personnel, which allows to determine the effect of selected indicators of human capital on the integral indicator of the competitiveness of enterprises. The paper presents the steps of the estimation procedure. It also suggested ways to improve the management of communication space. |
